Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

1. To request a return or exchange, the customer must first contact us via email: info@brisedumatin.store. We will provide instructions and open a return case; no returns are accepted without prior communication.


2. The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from the delivery date, provided:

The product is intact, unused, and unchanged.

Only the included tester/sample has been used.

The customer bears full shipping costs.

The product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded within 15 working days from the date we receive the returned shipment.

 

3. The customer has the right to exchange a product:

Before shipment dispatch, free of charge (subject to price differences if applicable).

After shipment dispatch, within 14 working days, provided the customer covers all shipping costs and any price difference.

 

4. If the product is defective or does not meet the described specifications:

The customer may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Proof of shipping costs (including tracking number, shipping fee, and total cost) must be provided.

A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

 

5. Discounted products or promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective (see Article 4).


6. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

More than 30 days after delivery (for returns) or more than 14 days (for exchanges).

If the product's condition has changed or been used beyond testing purposes.

Customized or made-to-order products.

If the customer fails to collect the shipment from the delivery service on time.

 Shipping Responsibility

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Any errors in the shipping address, name, or phone number are the customer's full responsibility.

We are not liable for failed deliveries, loss of goods, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information.

The customer must track the shipment using the tracking number provided by us once the order leaves our warehouse.

For any delivery updates or inquiries, customers should contact FedEx directly using the tracking number.
